HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT-STYLE MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS AT HOME



INGREDIENTS

  for Cheese Sticks

    1. Processed Mozzarella cheese brick
    2. Vegetable Oil
     for crispy coat

    1. 2 Eggs
    2. 2 tbsp Oil
    3. All-purpose flour
    4. Bread Crumbs
    5. Salt
    6. Black pepper powder
INSTRUCTIONS

    For Cheese Sticks
  1. Take the Mozzarella cheese brick and cut out the sticks.
  2. keep them aside.
    for crispy coat
  1. Take the all purpose flour in a wide vessel and keep aside
  2. Take the bread crumbs in a wide vessel, add salt and black pepper powder according to taste.
  3. Mix everything well and keep aside.
  4. Now, break the eggs in a bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
    For Mozzarella cheese sticks
  1. Take a cheese stick, dip it in the all purpose flour and well from all sides.
  2. Now, dip in the egg bowl and again coat from all side.
  3.  After that, Dip in vessel of bread crumbs and coat well from all side.
  4. Again dip in egg and bread crumbs for second coat and keep aside.
  5. Repeat this process for all the sticks.
  6. Now take the sticks and put in oil one by one for deep fry.
  7. Remember not to over crowd, it can result in break of stick.
  8. Now, take the sticks out and keep on paper for soaking extra oil.
Now garnish with mustard sauce and serve your Mozzarella cheese sticks with the sauce or mayo you like the most. Enjoy your meal.
