for Half fry omelette
- 1 Egg
- Oil or Butter
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper powder
INSTRUCTIONS
For Half fry omelette
- take a pan, add oil or butter and heat up on medium flame.
- Now break the Egg on the pan and spread the egg white a little bit, if you are afraid of breaking directly on the pan, break the egg in a small bowl then pour it on the pan.
- cook until the egg white settles, almost for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the omelette from the pan and put it on a plate.
- sprinkle a pinch of salt and Black pepper powder on it.
