HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT LIKE VEG. CHILLI GARLIC FRIED RICE AT HOME
Fried Rice is a Chinese dish that is prepared in a variety of sauces with vegetables and different meats.
Vegetable Rice is the basic and most loved dish of Chinese cuisine
so without any further discussion let's jump to the main part which is the recipe to cook this delicious and healthy dish.
INGREDIENTS
for boiling rice
- 1 cup basmati rice
- water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 garlic clove (chopped)
- 2 dried red chilli
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 carrot (chopped)
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 Red Chilli (slit)
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt for taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
INSTRUCTIONS
For boiling rice
- take a utensil to boil water and 1tsp salt in it.
- when water starts boiling, add rice to it.
- boil rice until cooked 90%. (remember not to over boil Noodle)
- when rice gets boiled, drain off the water and keep it aside.
for Veg. Noodles
- take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil in it.
- add 3 chopped garlic clove and 2 dried red chilli and saute until cooked.
- add 1/2 carrot, 1 onion, 1/2 capsicum (all veggies chopped) and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
- further add 2 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp green chilli sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp pepper powder and salt.
- mix all the sauces well and stir fry all the ingredients.
- after that, add boiled rice.
- Toss and mix gently until rice get cooked.
Now garnish with spring onion and serve the fried rice. Enjoy your meal.
