HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT LIKE VEG. CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES AT HOME
Noodle is a Chinese dish that is prepared in a variety of sauces with vegetables and different meats.
Vegetable Noodles is the basic and most loved dish of Chinese cuisine. so without any further discussion let's jump to the main part which is the recipe to cook this delicious and healthy dish.
INGREDIENTS
for boiling Noodles
- 1 pack of raw Noodles
- water
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 Dried Red Chilli
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 capsicum (sliced)
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 cabbage (sliced)
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 Red Chilli (slit)
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt for taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
INSTRUCTIONS
For boiling Noodles
- take a utensil to boil \water and 1tsp salt in it.
- when water starts boiling, add Noodles to it.
- boil noodles until al dente. (remember not to over boil Noodle)
- when noodles get boiled, drain off the water and wash the noodle with room temperature water to stop the cooking process.
- spread some oil on noodles and mix them well so noodles didn't stick together.
for Veg. Noodles
- take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil in it.
- add dried red chilli and garlic clove (finely chopped) and saute until cooked
- add 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 carrot, 1 onion, 1/2 capsicum (all veggies sliced) and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
- further add 2 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp green chilli sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp pepper powder and salt.
- mix all the sauces well and stir fry all the ingredients.
- after that, add boiled noodles.
- Toss and mix gently until noodles get cooked.
Now garnish with spring onion and serve the noodles. Enjoy your meal.
