HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT LIKE WHITE SAUCE PASTA AT HOME :

White Sauce Pasta is an Italian dish that is prepared in cheesy white sauce with Italian herbs and spices.

Cheesy white sauce pasta is a combination of taste and health because its mouth-watering cheesy taste is the favourite of everyone from children to adults and because of its healthy ingredients, mothers also love to serve it.

so without any further discussion let's jump to the main part which is the recipe to cook this delicious and healthy dish.

INGREDIENTS

    for boiling pasta

    1. 6 cup water
    2. 1tsp salt
    3. 2 cup penne pasta (you can choose according to your choice)
     for sauteing vegetables

    1. 3tsp Butter
    2. 3 clove garlic
    3. 1/2 onion (diced cutting)
    4. 1/2 carrot (dice cutting)
    5. 1/2 bell peppers (diced cutting)
    6. 3tsp sweet corn
    for pasta's white sauce
    1. 2tsp butter
    2. 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    3. 2 cup milk
    4. 1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed)
    5. 1/2 tsp salt
    6. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
    7. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs or oregano
    8. cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

    For boiling Pasta
  1. take a utensil to boil 6 cup water and 1tsp salt in it.
  2. when water starts boiling, add 2 cups of penne pasta in it.
  3. boil pasta until it gets soft. (remember not to over boil pasta)
  4. when pasta gets boiled, drain off the water and wash pasta with room temperature water to stop the cooking process.
    for sauteing vegetables
  1. take a pan, add and heat 3tsp butter and saute clove garlic.
  2. add 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 bell peppers, 3tsp sweet corn into the pan. 
  3. saute the vegetables until it gets partially cooked or start shrinking.
  4. when vegetables are cooked, take them on a plate and keep them aside.
    for the white sauce,
  1. we will use the same pan to ready up the white sauce.
  2. add 2 tsp butter and heat on low flame.
  3. add 3tsp all-purpose flour and saute on low flame.
  4. add 1 cup milk and mix well
  5. mix until sauce becomes thick without any lumps
  6. add the remaining cup of milk and saute again until sauce becomes thick
  7. now add 1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed), 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano or mixed herbs, and 1/2 tsp salt.
  8. mix everything well on low flame.
    Final Steps
  1. now add butter riched vegetables, pasta, and cheese.
  2. and saute on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
  3. if the sauce becomes too thick, use a little bit of milk or pasta water.
