HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT LIKE RED SAUCE PASTA AT HOME

Red Sauce Pasta is an Italian dish that is prepared in Tomato Red sauce with Italian herbs and spices.
Tomato Red sauce pasta is a combination of taste and health because its mouth-watering cheesy taste is the favourite of everyone from children to adults and because of its healthy ingredients, mothers also love to serve it.
so without any further discussion let's jump to the main part which is the recipe to cook this delicious and healthy dish.
INGREDIENTS
for boiling pasta
- 6 cup water
- 1tsp salt
- 2 cup penne pasta (you can choose according to your choice)
- Water
- 4-5 Tomato
- 2-3 Dried Red Chilli
for Red sauce pasta
- 2tsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2tsp oregano
- 1/2tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp salt
- 2tsp Tomato Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
For boiling Pasta
- take a utensil to boil 6 cup water and 1tsp salt in it.
- when water starts boiling, add 2 cups of penne pasta to it.
- boil pasta until it gets soft or al dente. (remember not to over boil pasta)
- when pasta gets boiled, drain off the water and wash pasta with room temperature water to stop the cooking process.
for Tomato Puree
- take a vessel and boil water.
- add 4-5 top cut Tomato and dry red chilli and boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the water and take out the tomato and red chilli.
- peel off the skin of the tomato.
- Now grind the tomato and red chilli in a mixer grinder to make the puree.
for Red Sauce Pasta
- take a large pan and add olive oil.
- add 2 garlic clove and 1 onion (both finely chopped).
- saute on medium flame until it starts turning golden.
- Now add Tomato puree and cook on medium flame until it becomes a little bit thick
- after that, add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mix herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, mix well and cook for 1 min.
- Now add the boiled pasta in Red sauce and mix well.
Now sprinkle some cheese and serve your delicious Red sauce Pasta. Enjoy your meal.
