HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT LIKE PINK SAUCE PASTA AT HOME :
Pink Sauce Pasta is an Italian dish that is prepared by mixing the cheesy white sauce and Tangy Red Sauce with Italian herbs and spices.
Delicious Pink sauce pasta is a combination of taste and health because its mouth-watering cheesy taste is the favourite of everyone from children to adults and because of its healthy ingredients, mothers also love to serve it.
There are two methods of making Pink sauce pasta. So without any further discussion let's jump to the First method to cook this delicious and healthy dish.
METHOD 1: BY ADDING FRESH CREAM
INGREDIENTS
for boiling pasta
- 6 cup water
- 1tsp salt
- 2 cup penne pasta (you can choose according to your choice)
- Water
- 4-5 Tomato
- 2-3 Dried Red Chilli
for Pink sauce pasta
- 2tsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2tsp oregano
- 1/2tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp salt
- 2tsp Tomato Ketchup
- Fresh Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
For boiling Pasta
- take a utensil to boil 6 cup water and 1tsp salt in it.
- when water starts boiling, add 2 cups of penne pasta to it.
- boil pasta until it gets soft or al dente. (remember not to over boil pasta)
- when pasta gets boiled, drain off the water and wash pasta with room temperature water to stop the cooking process.
for Tomato Puree
- take a vessel and boil water.
- add 4-5 top cut Tomato and dry red chilli and boil for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the water and take out the tomato and red chilli.
- peel off the skin of the tomato.
- Now grind the tomato and red chilli in a mixer grinder to make the puree.
for Pink Sauce Pasta
- take a large pan and add olive oil.
- add 2 garlic clove and 1 onion (both finely chopped).
- saute on medium flame until it starts turning golden.
- Now add Tomato puree and cook on medium flame until it becomes a little bit thick
- after that, add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mix herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, mix well and cook for 1 min.
- Now add the boiled pasta in Red sauce and mix well.
- After that add Fresh Cream until it the sauce become pinkish.
METHOD 2: BY MIXING WHITE AND RED SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
for boiling pasta
- 6 cup water
- 1tsp salt
- 2 cup penne pasta (you can choose according to your choice)
- Water
- 4-5 Tomato
- 2-3 Dried Red Chilli
for Red sauce pasta
- 2tsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Clove (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2tsp oregano
- 1/2tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp salt
- 2tsp Tomato Ketchup
for sauteing vegetables
- 3tsp Butter
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion (diced cutting)
- 1/2 carrot (dice cutting)
- 1/2 bell peppers (diced cutting)
- 3tsp sweet corn
for pasta's white sauce
- 2tsp butter
- 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs or oregano
- cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
For boiling Pasta

for sauteing vegetables
- take a pan, add and heat 3tsp butter and saute clove garlic.
- add 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 bell peppers, 3tsp sweet corn into the pan.
- saute the vegetables until it gets partially cooked or start shrinking.
- when vegetables are cooked, take them on a plate and keep them aside.
for the white sauce,
- we will use the same pan to ready up the white sauce.
- add 2 tsp butter and heat on low flame.
- add 3tsp all-purpose flour and saute on low flame.
- add 1 cup milk and mix well
- mix until sauce becomes thick without any lumps
- add the remaining cup of milk and saute again until sauce becomes thick
- now add 1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed), 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp oregano or mixed herbs, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- mix everything well on low flame.
for Red Sauce
- take a large pan and add olive oil.
- add 2 garlic clove and 1 onion (both finely chopped).
- saute on medium flame until it starts turning golden.
- Now add Tomato puree and cook on medium flame until it becomes a little bit thick
- after that, add 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp mix herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, mix well and cook for 1 min.
for Pink Sauce Pasta
- Add Red Sauce, pasta, butter-rich vegetables in white sauce
- and saute on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
- When the consistency of the sauce become good turn the flame off.
Now your Garnish your Pink sauce Pasta with a huge amount of processed cheese and serve to Enjoy your meal.
